Dear WMS Parents and Guardians,
Our annual Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences are quickly approaching and we want to provide information regarding the online platform we will be using, www.myconferencetime.com. (This site will be open for sign up, beginning at 8:00am on Monday, October 21)
Myconferencetime has a number of features and advantages over traditional conference formats that we believe will make your conference experience more efficient, pleasing, and worthwhile. With this platform, parents are able to set specific time appointments, in advance, with any or all of their children’s teachers. This process will ensure times for your conferences that are most convenient to you and your family’s busy schedules.
All conferences will be six minutes in length and located in the WMS Gym. All conferences must be scheduled. We will not have drop in times. Please sign up through www.myconferencetime.com. For ease of location, teachers will be arranged and seated by alphabetical order by last name. As a reminder, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held according to the following dates and times:
Monday,November 4, 5pm-8pm and Tuesday, November 5, 12-3pm
The following teachers will only be available at these specified times:
*Ms. Kelsey, Nov. 5, 12-3
*Ms. Snyder, Nov 5, 12-3
*Ms. Stone, 1st 90 min, each day
*Mrs. Bollis, will only be here on Monday, November 4, 5-8pm
*Mrs. Allen, will be here Monday, November 4, 5-8pm and Tuesday, November 5,
If these times and dates do not fit your schedule or you would like more time to speak with your child’s teachers, we can accommodate you. Contact the teacher directly and set up a time to conference via phone, email, or appointment - thank you!
